Thus ends volume 1. I'll have a download for the full volume up pretty soon.
Edit: You can get volume 1 here. Changes from the individual chapters include replacing the small credits at the start of chapters with a big credit on the blank page and improving some of the typesetting (mostly the handwriting fonts). I've also created a projects page that can be seen in the links tab.
